I'm back to where I was when I started. I've become way too comfortable with going about my regular routine, day after day, and haven't even thought about my 101 list in some time. I completed a few goals that were really exciting, a couple that helped me get organized, and a couple more that kept me healthy. I need to revisit those goals to make them habits that stick.
I need to...
- Start every day with a todo list (this will help with my undiagnosed ADD)
- Drink at least three water bottles of water a day (doing good with this)
- Drink Green Tea - at least three times a week (doing good with this)
- Save more $$, Spend less $$ (needs some work)
- Run more often (getting back on track)
The rest of this week, and weekend... I am going to get myself back on track and organized so I can fully accomplish all 101 of my goals in the 888 days I have left. No more time will be wasted!!! :D
The first thing I'm going to do is revisit all my goals and see which are still important to me. I have a good feeling that I'm mostly happy with everything on my list - I do want to add one thing tho... I want to go DIVING!!!
Sometimes an E-pep talk is needed. Especially for those of us with facebook-induced ADD.
