The Angel Island BBQ was great fun... there were a ton of us, a ton of activities going on and plenty of sunshine to go around. I was a bit nervous about the Ferry ride, but I got through it without any broken bones (unlike my last Ferry experience), and I could not have done it without my good friend Kara... she held my hand the entire way.
In hindsight, I'm a little bummed that I didn't spend any time exploring the Island.
I've heard such great things about its beauty and I
never left the Goose Poop Park. Next time, which is actually coming up soon, I am determined to leave the park and go on a bike ride or a hike... look at me, I'm fast becoming a hiker! :D
