Ok... This is going to be a tough one for me. It's only a week long goal, but I'm fairly certain it will take a couple months to go an entire week without a single swear - especially now that I got a Wii - and a digital drum set. But, I love a challenge and I like to win (so as long as I keep winning... being swear free will be cake). With this new year comes a new, swear-free Rupa.
No Cheating:
I will be hard on myself - even when I am alone. When I drop an F bomb or two (or eight) while sucking at playing the drums... I will start the week over. If my EA Sports Active personal trainer yells at me for not doing something that I'm clearly doing - I will refrain from telling her where to go. And, of course...the hardest part... when the car in the fast lane is driving to slow, or the crazy man in the mini van cuts me off... or worse - when my navigation lady steers me in the wrong direction - I will smile and say, "thank you for testing my patience"... and pass with flying colors (lets hope).
Ok... Today is Day 1 of 7...
