Moving my workout journal to my blog... 10/5

LAST NIGHTS WORKOUT:
I felt great after my sweaty, painfully tough workout yesterday.
  • ‘10 Days to a Better Body’ Cindy Whitmarsh video: Workout #2, which does interval training focused on the lower half of your body, and your abs.
  • 30 minute treadmill walk while watching Greys Anatomy.
TODAY I FEEL:
Sore, and I love it. My shoulders are pretty sore and my thighs and lower back. My abs are a tiny bit sore. I’m going to try to walk around as much as I can at work today so I don’t get stiff from sitting.

WALK TO WORK:
The walk to work was fine, I tried to keep a pretty fast pace and passed up a lot of people which is always fun. ADIOS MOFOs!!

OTHER:
I left my cell phone at home today... BUMMER
